Refund policy

1 – Return & Refund Window

You have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us and request a return or exchange.

2 – Return Conditions

• The item must be unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
• A proof of purchase or receipt will be required.
• Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3 – How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact us at contact@nuumi.fr with the following information :

• Your full name
• Your order number
• The reason for your request (exchange or refund)

Once your request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and address.

4 – Special Cases

• Defective or incorrect items : If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us upon reception. We will arrange an exchange or full refund.
• Non-returnable items : Some products cannot be returned (personalized items, perishables, sensitive materials, gift cards, heavily discounted items). This will be clearly stated on the product page.

5 – Return & Exchange Fees

Return and exchange costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective or the error is on our end.

6 – Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us.

7 – EU Policy

If your order was shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, subject to the same conditions above.
